Willi's ReWards Program

 

With the Willi's ReWards Program, you can earn Willi's ReWards* on your purchases, which can then be used to purchase gear and clothing at either discounted prices or no cost (ie free).  You can see your current balance by checking your account and can apply them as a payment type during checkout in our Stores. Our goal is to make Willi’s ReWards points program universal, however due to some manufacturer not all products will receive Willi’s Point 

Example   $100 = 100 ReWards Points    100 = $5 in your Customer Account 

  1. Shop for anything on WillisSkiandSnowboards.com or in one of Our Shops.
  2. Opt-in to Willi's ReWards for FREE during checkout (or within 30 days after)
  3. Earn 5% back in ReWards as soon as your order ships (2.5% on discounted items)
  4. Apply your ReWards during checkout to get more awesome gear for way less
  5.  Use up all of your ReWards within 1 year of earning to avoid expiring

RECENT CHANGES:

New privacy legislation requires that all users must agree to the Program Terms & Conditions and formally opt-in to the program to earn and redeem ReWards. It's a one-time thing and only takes a minute.

How much does the program cost to join?

Zero, zilch, nada.

On which items can I earn ReWards?

All items we sell are eligible with the exception of gift cards. Full-priced items earn 5% back while discounted items earn 2.5%. You do not earn ReWards for shipping or tax charges, only from the item value. Every so often, we'll have special offers where you can earn bonus ReWards, like an additional double or triple points.  So if we are running a Double Points back special offer, and you buy a regular-priced item for $100.00, you will receive ReWards 200 in ReWards points. These special offers may have a cap on how many bonus ReWards points you earn during the promotion, but you will always earn the base Reward points. Make sure to check us out on our social channels for other ways to win some extra ReWards! You don't get any ReWards when you buy a gift card, but you do get ReWards when you spend a gift card. Sorry gift givers. You're welcome gift receivers.

How do I check my ReWards balance?

Just sign-in to Willi’s and check your account page. We'll also show you any available ReWards during checkout.

How do I apply my ReWards to an order?

Sign-in to your account during checkout and then apply your ReWards in the payment section. You can also use it when buying something in one of our stores.

When do ReWards expire?

Customers have 30-days from making an order to opt-in to the program and claim their ReWards. Once claimed, ReWards must be redeemed within 1 years from the date earned or they expire.

What happens to ReWards when I make a return?

If you return an item, we deduct the ReWards earned. If you used the ReWards and your balance is less than deduction, then your refund is reduced by the difference.

Willi's REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS and CONDITIONS

 

Opting-in to Willi's ReWards:

All users must accept these terms and conditions and create an account with Willi's to opt-in to the program and earn, accrue, retain and redeem Willi's ReWards points. The program is FREE to join and membership is ongoing until or unless the user requests to be removed or is removed due to abuse of the program. Users can opt-in to the program while checking out on WillisSkiandSnowboards.com or at one of our stores or at any time within 30 days of purchase to accrue the ReWards earned on that purchase. Once opted-in to the program, ReWards will earn and accrue for redemption as described below until the ReWards expire or the user leaves the program.

 

All information collected and used to facilitate the Willi's ReWards program is directly related to the program's ability to provide value to the customer. The value of the Willi's ReWards program is dependent on a number of factors, such as: (1) operating expenses related to maintaining the program, (2) marketing expenses to run the program, (3) the difference in revenue generated by offering the discount versus paying full-price, (4) long term value of the Willi's ReWards program member as compared to a general Willi's customer, and (5) overall customer retention or loyalty. A customer opting-in to the Willi's ReWards program is a separate action from establishing a user profile as a result of making a purchase.

Leaving Willi's ReWards Program:

You may choose to leave the Willi's ReWards program at any time by Email, calling (412) 881-5660) or in-store with help from our employees. If you leave the rewards program, any unused ReWards will be voided upon completion of your request.

Leaving Willi's Email Newsletter Program:

You may choose to unsubscribe at any time by logging in and clicking on unsubscribe Email, calling (412) 881-5660 or in-store with help from our employees. If you leave the Email program you will not lose your point but we will not be able to update you on your account balance.

Earning ReWards:

All items we sell are eligible with the exception of gift cards or other items specifically noted. Full-priced items earn 5% back while discounted items earn 2.5%. "Discounted items" includes items on sale or discounted via coupon code or use of ReWards. You do not earn ReWards for shipping or tax charges, only from the item value. ReWards expire two years after earning and are redeemed on a first-in, first out basis (in other words, we always use your oldest ReWards that are closest to expiration).

Checking & Redeeming ReWards points:

On WillisSkiandSnowboards.com, just sign-in on any page to see your available balance. Once signed in, you will see your available ReWards points and maximum that can be redeemed in the payment section of the checkout process. In stores, provide the email address attached to your account to learn your balance and apply to your purchase. We will also send you a monthly email that details your balance and other account activity. This is a transactional email that you will receive even if you are not subscribed to our marketing emails.

Bonus ReWards points Promotions:

Every so often, we'll have special offers where you can earn bonus ReWards points, like an additional double or triple point. So if we are running a 50% back special offer, and you buy a regular-priced item for $100.00, you will receive ReWards 200.00 in base points. These special offers may have a cap on how many bonus ReWards you earn during the promotion, Make sure to check us out on our social channels for other ways to win some extra ReWards!

ReWards on Gift Cards:

You do not ReWards Points when you purchase a gift card, but you do get ReWards when you spend a gift card. Sorry gift givers. You're welcome gift receivers.

Product Returns and ReWards:

If you return an item, we deduct the ReWards earned on that item from your balance. If you used the ReWards and your balance is less than deduction, then your refund is reduced by the difference.

Program Abuse:

The intent of the program is to provide our loyal customers with a way to buy great gear for less. Willi's reserves the right to remove any user from the program and zero out their ReWards balance if Willi's determines that the user is abusing the program by buying for resale, attempting to game the program or any other reason at Willi's sole discretion.
