Q: How long does it take to get my skis or snowboard mounted or tuned?
A: Obviously there are times of the year that we are more busy than other but we are committed to getting you on the snow when it flies. We typically ask you when you need them by and work on a First-in-First-out basis. We know there are always exceptions to do our best to work with your time-frame. Snowboards do not require safety checks on the bindings so can typically be done while you wait. Mounting skis and tuning of both skis and snowboards requires the use of machines on our back shop and therefore take a bit longer – again, our goal is to get you on the snow as soon as possible so we will work with you… the more advanced notice you give us, the easier it is on our technicians.
